Vekmot stores the data required to run bookings, payments and accounts: shop details, staff records, booking customer name and phone, payment amounts and statuses, and session information used to keep you signed in.

Customer phone numbers used for OTP confirmation are not published as a directory. Super Admin operators can inspect platform records under a separate authentication plane. We do not sell booking data.

You can request deletion of an owner account through support. Payment records required for accounting are retained according to the applicable legal period.
