Terms of use

By creating a Vekmot account you agree to use the product for legitimate bookings and payments in your own business. You are responsible for the accuracy of services, prices, working hours and staff access codes you issue.

Platform fees apply to confirmed bookings according to the plan attached to the shop. A booking that is cancelled or never confirmed is not billed. Customer payments collected at the counter belong to the shop; they are not Vekmot revenue.

Access codes, passwords and authenticator codes must not be shared. Vekmot may suspend a shop that fails platform billing or that is blocked by a platform operator.
